Champagne Guiborat Prisme.16 Blanc De Blancs  + wagyu beef

"I have something for you here," says Nathalie Rossillon, referring to a Champagne Guiborat Prisme.16 Blanc De Blancs.

Of course she's absolutely right: A spring champagne that can easily compete with a boeuf de wagyu in winter. At the Les Avisés restaurant.

Champagne Guiborat from Cramant has often attracted positive attention, especially with its 2008 Millésimé. This Blanc De Blancs Prisme 16 is a blend of Cramant and Chouilly. Mineral, with a distinguished acidity. The bœuf de wagyu is also enjoyed here.

Along with Champagne Philippe Glavier and Lilbert Fils, Guiborat represents the Cramant winemakers united in the Passion Chardonnay group.

A tasting of the current still wines will take place on January 15, 2022.
